VISITING THE RESTAURANT

Do you cater for special dietary requirements?

If you advise us in advance of your arrival, we can always tailor to your specific dietary requirements.

As far as allergies are concerned, It is important to know that we do use nuts, soy and other allergens in our kitchen, so while we can ensure your dishes are free of these ingredients it is essential that you know that these ingredients are still used on the premises.

Our team at Remedy will be able to help you with altering anything on the menu to meet the needs of what you require, the kitchen is qualified and trained to create a dish to meet your needs.

If you need to inform us of any requirements, you can mention this while you are booking your table.

Our staff are always checking for intolerances, allergies & general enquiries.

Can you cater for me if I have coeliac disease?

Our Restaurant and Meal Prep Menus are exclusively gluten-free. That means that our kitchen and premises is not subject to the usual contamination risks, making our environment much safer for those who need to avoid gluten.

We use specialist gluten-free suppliers and brands for ingredients that may usually have cross-contamination risks, such as oats.

Though we take every possible safety measure, we cannot guarantee zero risk and always recommend taking caution.

Please get in touch if you would like to talk through our menu and processes before visiting us or working with us, as we want to ensure you're comfortable and reassured.

Does your menu have plant-based options?

Yes! Our menus are created by our founder, Katie McIntosh, who is plant-based herself, and believes wholeheartedly in a plant-based lifestyle.

We have healthy, vegan breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes, as well as vegan desserts and counter treats.

All of our smoothies, juices, coffees and speciality drinks (such as hot chocolate, turmeric latte and matcha latte) are vegan.

As we are a completely dairy-free restaurant, you do not have to worry about contamination risks that are prevalent in most high-street venues when it comes to hot and cold beverages.

We also have a variety of meat-based, pescatarian and vegetarian options, meaning that Remedy Kitchen is a perfect choice if you're dining out with a group of individuals with a range of preferences.

Our Chefs cook everything to order, and are always happy to adapt dishes if there is something you would like prepared slightly differently.

*** Please note that we do prepare meat, eggs and fish within the same kitchen as our vegan dishes. We follow strict protocols to avoid contamination, such as adopting separate preparation areas and different coloured chopping boards.

Do you do takeaways?

Yes, we are more than happy to accommodate to your needs when it comes to not having enough time to sit in, but still wanting a fresh & healthy option for a takeaway.

You can call up the restaurant in advance if you know what time you will be arriving to pick up your food, or simply pop in and our team are more than happy to help out.

Everything on the menu is available to takeaway. We ask that if the food is hot, to not reheat so as not to decrease the quality of the food for consumption, the kitchen can always prepare certain dishes cold encase you wanted to cook it home at a later time that day.

What is your booking cancellation policy?

During the reservation process you will be asked to add your card details for a deposit of £15pp on the booking for your table.

We operate on a 24-hour cancellation policy, and the same time-frame for reduction of numbers. You will only be charged you fail to give notice within that period, or fail to arrive for your reservation. In this case, you will automatically be charged to the card on account with the appropriate amount.

Please contact us if you are running late.

We can hold tables for 15 minutes, but have to release the table after that time if we haven’t heard from you.

You are most welcome to transfer your booking into someone else’s name, or reschedule, should you need to make changes at the last minute.

EVENTS AND CATERING

Do you Offer Healthy catering and events for local businesses?

Yes, our Events Department handles health-focused catering and events for local companies of all sizes.

We have had the opportunity to complete some incredible contracts a one-off basis, such as launch parties and promotional events.

We have also taken on long-term contracts that run weekly or monthly over a designated period, such as training programmes and seminars.

As part of our catering and event process, we create a bespoke menu and plan of action based on your specification, and can present this to you for your review.

We can then handle your catering from start to finish, finalising your menu, collecting pre-orders (if required), preparing and delivering your food and setting up on the day.

Do you cater for events outside of Manchester?

Yes, we can provide health-focused catering services across the North West (Manchester, Greater Manchester, Leeds and Liverpool).

We require an initial consultation to discuss the event in further detail, as we may require kitchen facilities to prepare your food on the premises.

Alternatively, we can prepare anything in our restaurant kitchen and deliver it to your venue of choice in refrigerated transportation vehicles.

Do you offer private venue hire?

Absolutely. Whether you’re looking for a formal evening dinner, or a quiet breakfast meeting, we’re able to provide bespoke set menus, and are able to accommodate your requirements up to 20 guests.

Do you staff your events?

Yes. If your event requires staffing, we have a team of wonderful individuals trained in all fields of the hospitality industry.

How do I collect my Meals?

Our Meal Prep service is created by our team of Chefs within our city centre restaurant, and will be available to collect twice a week directly from:

The Remedy Kitchen, Royal Exchange, St Anns Square, Manchester, M2 7EA

We also offer a drive by collection service, it gives you the flexibility to drive into the city without having to park.

All you have to do is stop in the lay-by outside and we will bring your meals straight to your car!

Can you deliver my Meal Prep?

Yes!

While most of our clients are local and prefer to collect in person, we understand sometimes the convenience of delivery is required.

Therefore we offer local deliveries, you can use our quick delivery checker to see if we deliver to your postcode.

Can I pause my plan?

Of course! You have full control over your plan, you can pause for weeks or even certain days of your weekly plan. All you need to do is let us know and we will arrange it!

Can I change my plan part way through my Meal Prep journey??

Yes!

This is your Meal Plan, and exists to support your lifestyle & nutrition, therefore you have full control over your plan.
